Terms of Service — SideEye Labs

1. Agreement

By accessing or using any product or service provided by SideEye Labs Pte. Ltd. ("SideEye Labs", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. Services provided

SideEye Labs provides software products including but not limited to WeGoDive (a dive booking marketplace), DiveOps (operations software), DiveShifts (gig marketplace), and digital products sold via third-party platforms such as Gumroad.

3. Provided as-is

Our products are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. User responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our software.
You must not upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content to our platforms.

5. Intellectual property

All software, content, branding, and intellectual property associated with SideEye Labs products remain the exclusive property of SideEye Labs Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any IP to users.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SideEye Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Third-party services

Our products may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g. WhatsApp, Stripe, Gumroad). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any product at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you are in breach of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-product notice. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
