TL;DR
We stand behind our products. If something doesn't work for you, we'll make it right. Digital products get 30 days, subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
Digital products sold via our Gumroad store (guides, templates, tools) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@sideeyelabs.io with your order details. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
For subscription-based products (e.g. DiveOps):
Booking cancellations and refunds on WeGoDive are subject to the individual dive school's cancellation policy as displayed at the time of booking. SideEye Labs does not control these policies but facilitates refund processing where applicable.
Platform fee refunds for bookings that do not proceed due to a fault on our end will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of the booking date.
